This Privacy Statement only applies to the data processing activities of WOLFCLOUD CO., LLC. This Privacy Statement does not apply to services, websites or mobile apps offered by third parties, even if this site links to those services or third parties. California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. Personal data collection

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you when you register or use our website, which we have grouped together as follows:

Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.

If you fail to provide personal information

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with the services on our website). In this case, we may have to cancel your account on our website, but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

Requesting Your Data

The California Civil Code Section 1798.83, allows all users who reside in California to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the previous year. The General Data Protection Regulation allows all user who reside in Europe to request their information and/or deletion.

Third Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners, monthly payment processors, and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe it is necessary to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

California Do Not Track Disclosure

We honor do not track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.

Users From Outside the United States. 

The Services are hosted in the United States .If you are using the Services from outside the United States, please be aware that WOLFCLOUD CO., LLC is located in the United States and your PII will be stored and processed in the United States where we locate and operate our servers and databases. The data protection laws in the United States may not be as strict or comprehensive as those in your country. However, we value your privacy and always strive to treat it in accordance with applicable law. By voluntarily sharing your PII with us, you understand that your PII will be stored and processed in the United States. 

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

The children’s online privacy protection act of 1998, (15 U.S.C. 6501, et seq.,) prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices in connection with the collection, use, and/or disclosure of personal information from and about children on the Internet.

We do not market to children under 13.

CAN SPAM Act

The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
